THE SILVERNAIL PROJECT

I cannot give enough praise for the Silvernail Project and here is why:
We had gotten several estimates for our roof prior to meeting with John Silvernail.
John was not selling but rather telling us what we needed & how he'd go about doing it as if it was his roof. He was the only one who said we needed to redeck the entire roof not just patch it.
He was not intimidated by 3 generations commenting & questioning. We all liked his honesty & humility, but in the end it also would come down to the bottom line. While my Son & Grandson were outside talking about how much they liked John I was getting the bottom line & immediately went out to tell the boys "He's it!!" Though we were intending to make a decision on Friday, we made it on Wednesday.
Oh & Though I doubt it would've made a difference, John's estimate was also the lowest even though more materials & time would be required to so the job.
Monday the roofing supplies arrived as promised & at the crack of dawn on Wednesday John & his crew arrived & began work. Except for the constant hammering, you'd hardly know the crew were there. There was no yelling or cursing, just getting the job done.
By the end of the day we had a beautiful new roof & no evidence of the old roof debris.
Not only does John use superior products, he doesn't just let the product stand for itself, he stands behind his choices of product.
Oh yeah, John himself sprayed the roof with a new Nano technology
which is to add to the roof.
